What should I bring for my tour? 

Be sure to bring your camera for the amazing photo opportunities!  Sunglasses can also be important on sunny days.  You will be provided with a headset in the aircraft so you can speak with the pilot.

How many passengers can you take?

Our aircraft will seat three passengers, in addition to our pilot.  If your party has four or more people, we are happy to book multiple aircraft.

Are there a minimum number of passengers required?

We require 2 passengers for any flight.  If you are a single, please call us and we will try to schedule you with a previously booked tour of two people or you may book a private tour.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes.  There is a 300 pound (136 kilograms) per passenger weight limit.  We will ask for your weight when you book over the phone or online.  We are also required by the FAA to weigh all passengers prior to flight; we do this discreetly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of flight time, or do not show for your scheduled flight, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.  

What if the weather is bad?

We reserve the right to cancel a tour for inclement weather.  We will do our best to accommodate you on another day, or when the weather improves.  You will not be charged a cancellation fee if we have to cancel your flight.

Does the helicopter have air conditioning?

Yes!  Our helicopters have air conditioning for your comfort during hot summer days.  We also have heating for cooler temperatures.
